Damien Banks graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wake Forest University in 2001, where he majored in History and Spanish. In 2005, he graduated from the American University Washington College of Law. Damien Banks was an editor of the Business Law Brief and participated in the Federal Tax Clinic.
Mr. Banks joined Gleason, Flynn, Emig & Fogleman in August 2007. His practice areas include medical malpractice and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Banks clerked for the District Court for Montgomery County. Subsequently, he clerked for the Honorable Thomas L. Craven and David A. Boynton of the Circuit Court for Montgomery County.
Damien Banks is a member of the Maryland bar, the District of Columbia bar, the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, and the U.S. District Court of Maryland. He is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association and the Montgomery County Bar Association.
