Rachel I. Viglianti

Rachel I. Viglianti graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Lafayette College in 2004, where she majored in History and minored in Anthropology and Sociology. In 2007, she received her Juris Doctorate degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.

Ms. Viglianti joined Gleason, Flynn, Emig & Fogleman, Chartered in 2010. She practices mainly in the areas of medical and dental malpractice defense. Prior to joining Gleason, Flynn, Emig & Fogleman, Chartered, Ms. Viglianti served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Terrence J. McGann of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Maryland. After her clerkship, Ms. Viglianti joined Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP where her practice focused on medical malpractice, dental malpractice and general liability defense work.

Ms. Viglianti is a member of the Bars in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and New York.
