William J. Chen, III

William Chen graduated with a Bachelor of Science Business Administration from Georgetown University's Robert Emmett McDonough School of Business in 1998, where he majored in Marketing and minored in Classics. In 2005, he received his Juris Doctor from Indiana University School of Law. Mr. Chen is a member of the District of Columbia, Maryland and Virginia State Bar Associations.

Mr. Chen joined Gleason, Flynn, Emig & Fogleman, Chartered in May 2007. He practices primarily in the areas of Commercial Litigation and Creditor's Rights. Prior to joining Gleason, Flynn, Emig & Fogleman, Chartered, Mr. Chen clerked for the Honorable Julie Stevenson Solt in the Circuit Court of Frederick County. He has also clerked for the Honorable Durke G. Thompson in the Circuit Court of Montgomery County and interned for the Honorable Lynne A. Battaglia in the Maryland Court of Appeals.
